Susan Hart Hellman is a California-based freelance writer and editor whose work has appeared in numerous magazines including Horizon Air in-flight magazine, Los Angeles Times, Recovery Living, Your Wedding Day, Dovetail, Rainbow Wedding Network Magazine, Antiques & Collectibles, Senior World/Central Coast, Senior World of Los Angeles, and the Ventura County Star.  

Susan has worked as a journalist, newspaper editor, advertising copywriter, and public relations specialist, and in the field of psychology in which she holds a Master of Science degree. She has been a film reviewer for the Ojai Film Festival and has taught Ethics in Literature at a local college.

Susan is currently completing the first in a series of psychological murder mysteries, Catch ‘n Release, and a book of humorous food-related short stories. She resides in Ojai California.
